Meet Sarah
Sarah is a first-generation Haitian American, a native New Yorker, and a hospitality industry vet with a passion for all things gastronomy. She spends most of her free time prepping for hours in the kitchen for one of her parties filled with friends and family. For Sarah, these parties always consist of her favorite things: fantastic food, delicious cocktails, and great company.
From the time our founder was 9 years old, she implanted two thoughts in her mind that never wavered. She was going to be a business owner and she was going to sell something that people will always need. Between time spent cooking with her father and watching Food Network consistently with her grandmother, she soon decided food would be that thing. From then on, all paths she has taken since have led her to start Madam Sara(H) Charcuterie & Grazing.
When the world stopped and she couldn’t host those large gatherings, Sarah still enjoyed trying new recipes and creating beautiful charcuterie boards. As life opened back up, Sarah decided to take a leap of faith and turn her favorite pandemic pastime into a business. With the encouragement and support of family and friends, Sarah has no doubt this is just the beginning for MSCG and sees nothing but endless opportunities one charcuterie board at a time.
